A $50.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $250.00 refundable security deposit are required immediately to hold your reservation.

The balance of ______________ is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival.

Cancellation is required at least 3 weeks prior to first date of rental or the security deposit will be forfeited.

The rate includes phone service, including reasonable long distance use. The phone number in the unit is (541) 469-7810.

Conditions of rental:
  • The property shall be maintained in the same condition as it is when you take occupancy.
  • Owner or its agents may enter the property at reasonable times to make repairs.
  • Renter must notify owner of all persons occupying the unit.
          It is our understanding that the unit will be occupied by no more than 6 guests.
  • If more than one auto is being utilized we ask that one of the autos be parked in the garage.
          NO RVs ALLOWED.
  • Renter must not sublet or assign this rental agreement.
  • Renter shall be responsible for returning all keys, garage and gate openers.
  • Absolutely no pets allowed in the unit.
  • No smoking is allowed inside the condo unit.
